Partner Post: Future Faculty Career Exploration Program

The Future Faculty Career Exploration Program is a rigorous four-day program designed for historically underrepresented scholars of color to experience a "behind the scenes" glimpse into life as a faculty member at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with RIT's diverse administration, faculty, and students while on campus. The program offers additional opportunities to enhance interview skills, practice job-talk presentations, and explore the research, teaching, and service expectations of RIT faculty members.

This competitive, nationwide search welcomes scholars from all disciplines offered at RIT. Exploration of the colleges and departments is encouraged as it relates to your research or artistic endeavors. If chosen to participate, RIT will cover your transportation, lodging, and meals for the duration of the program. The program takes place September 21st-24th, 2022.

Application deadline is March 14th, 2022.
